Notes and Reminders:
1. I-20 Form is required when applying for F-1visa at American Enbassy. Embasy will also require: your passport, 2 passport photos and bank statement/ proof of financial ability.   2. Full tuition must be paid prior to school's transmittal of I-20 to student. REFUND POLICY: If visa is denined, refund will be issued less $100 registrarion fee + tax. After the return of your I-20 form and letter of deninal from Embassy, refund will be made within 30 days of request.   3. I have read and understand the refund policy as noted and I have received a copy of the policy.   4, Please inclued financilal statement with this application showing ability to support yourself while in school.  copies of bank statement or a letter of support from family are required by the school before issuing I-20.   5. Transfer students: bring previous I-20, passport and bank statement with application.   6. Students are responsible for attending all required calsses.  You MUST ATTEND a minimum of 20 hours a week.  Immigration law requires this for F-1 students.  Students who do not to this may lose immigrarion status.  Auditing class is available with approval with Director of Curriculum.   7.
